OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES
CUTTING
We cut sheet metal and steel components using three technologies, selecting the method according to the thickness of the material and the project requirements.
PLASMA CUTTING
Table dimensions: 2500 × 6000 mm
Cutting thickness range: 2–30 mm
Ideal for: precise cutting of shapes from structural steel sheets.
GAS CUTTING
Table dimensions: 2500 × 6000 mm
Cutting thickness range: 5–100 mm
Ideal for: thick sheets and elements requiring deep cutting.
CUTTING WITH THE CUTTING MACHINE
Cutting length: up to 3000 mm
Cutting thickness range: 2–15 mm
Ideal for: straight sections and preparing formats for further processing.
BAND SAWS
We precisely cut steel sections, pipes and profiles, including at angles. We have band saws with various parameters, allowing us to adapt the technology to the dimensions of the workpiece.

MECHANICAL MACHINING 1
We provide comprehensive mechanical processing of steel components, from milling and turning to CNC machining of large parts. We select the technology according to the dimensions and requirements of the project.

MECHANICAL MACHINING 2
We combine mechanical processing with professional welding of steel structures – from drilling and boring large parts to welding load-bearing elements using the MIG/MAG method.

Precise drilling of holes in steel profiles and plates.

BORING
Boring large holes in massive structural elements.

MIG/MAG WELDING
Welding of steel structures using the 135 method (MIG/MAG),
material group FM2 – load-bearing elements,
beams, frames and structural nodes.

THREAD ROLLING
We create rolled threads on rods and bolts, ensuring high load capacity and a smooth surface without cuts.
Maximum thread pitch: 4 mm

THREADING
We make threads in through holes and blind holes in steel and structural elements.
Threading range: M3 – M24
Thread types: through and blind

ABRASIVE BLASTING
We perform abrasive blasting of steel elements, removing rust, scale and old coatings, and preparing the surface for painting.
Working clearance: X: 15,000 mm, Y: 1,000 mm, Z: 600 mm

HYDRODYNAMIC PAINTING
We use hydrodynamic (airless) painting, which allows us to quickly and evenly coat large steel structures with a high-quality coating.
