Steel Structure Design

Our team of experienced engineers designs steel structures tailored to your specific requirements. We utilize modern CAD/CAM software to ensure the precision and efficiency of every project.

Our design studio specializes in steel structures, the design of machinery and transportation equipment for P+F and EHB systems, as well as industrial and general architecture.

Our well-equipped design office and highly qualified engineering staff with years of experience can address the most complex issues and provide specialized assistance during the detailed design phase. Technical support for the design or optimization process is based on AutoCAD and other software (Microstation, Advance Steel, ProSteel, IdeaStatica, Robot Structural Analysis Professional).

The production process for steel structures, technological transport systems, service platforms, guards, and other steel components is carried out at our facility in Chorzów.

We have our own machining department, shot-blasting facility, and powder coating facility. Our team consists of experienced specialists, which, combined with modern technological facilities, allows us to deliver the highest quality products in accordance with the following standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 3834-2, and PN-EN 1090.

Thanks to our own transport fleet and partnerships with specialized carriers, we ensure efficient and on-time delivery both within Poland and abroad.

Comprehensive Assembly Project Implementation

PROINTECH offers specialized assembly services for supporting steel structures for production lines in the automotive industry, as well as the mechanical assembly of both overhead and floor conveying systems.

We also install peripheral equipment that is an integral part of process lines, such as paint booths, drying ovens, KTL and VBH tanks. Our teams are experienced in installing service platforms, control cabinet platforms, stairs, mesh guards, and other supporting structures.

For warehouse projects, we specialize in the installation of racking support structures in high-bay warehouses, along with transport systems and loading equipment.
