Recruitment process:

1st stage:
The first stage is the selection of candidates for a given position according to the specified requirements. All the applications are carefully examined. The individuals whose qualifications meet the requirements for the position will be invited to an interview.

2nd stage:
Job interviews with candidates are held in order to acquire supplementary information on each candidate..

3rd stage:
This stage involves only those candidates who successfully completed two previous stages and it consists of an interview with the Manager of a Division or a Department, in which the recruitment is taking place. During this interview a candidate may become acquainted with the exact nature of the work and the duties and responsibilities on the new position.     STANOWISKO: MONTER KONSTRUKCJI STALOWYCH

    Opis stanowiska:

    • montaż konstrukcji stalowych na podstawie rysunku technicznego przy użyciu określonych technik (podnośniki nożycowe lub teleskopowe) i narzędzi
    • montaż urządzeń mechanicznych i systemów transportowych
    • montaż elementów kabin lakierniczych

    Wymagania:

    • brak przeciwskazań do pracy na wysokościach
    • odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania
    • dyspozycyjność do podjęcia pracy w delegacji za granicą
    • sumienność
    • dokładność
    • wysoka motywacja do pracy

    Mile widziane:

    • wykształcenie techniczne
    • prawo jazdy kat. B
    • uprawnienia do kierowania podnośnikami i/lub wózkami widłowymi
    • uprawnienia spawalnicze
    • znajomość rysunku technicznego
    • doświadczenie na stanowisku monter konstrukcji stalowych
    • komunikatywna znajomość języka obcego (np. niemiecki, francuski, angielski)
